Honestly it's both I think.. Like AI making my phone smarter or helping me write emails and give me some brainstorm ideas faster that's genuinely useful stuff. But then you start wondering about privacy and what data these companies are actually collecting. It feels a bit invasive sometimes you know? I'm trying to use it without overthinking it but there's definitely a part of me that gets a little nervous. What worries me most is people not understanding how AI actually works so they just trust it blindly. I think we need better transparency from tech companies about what's happening behind the scenes. Have you felt weird about it? I reckon AI will stick around so we might as well demand to know what it's doing with our info.

It might seem a little scary at first, but considering that AI is practically like the internet today, something that's here to stay and has become part of our lives, I clearly think it's very useful.
