The Admin HubWhat’s the best way to manage a remote team?
Remote work is very interesting, but it's going to be very difficult if your team is not serious. I’ve worked with people that would disappear like an unstable network without any prior notification. For me, communication is the most critical thing when managing a remote team. If everyone in the team is updated, things will be orderly.
A clear communication is everything you need to manage a remote team. You should also set expectations up front and use shared documents so that every members of the team can check their status and get updated anytime.
I totally agree.. remote work is great but tricky if your team isn’t serious. I’ve had folks vanish without a word... chaos. For me clear communication is everything
I use apps like Zoom, Discord, and Slack to manage remote teams. I frequently manage remote work in my daytime job, but I haven’t applied these methods to my online gigs or even forum management yet.
