Do you struggle with social anxiety?

Do you get anxious when you are in public places like Wal-Mart or some other busy place?

Yes I do but I still go to the places.

Same here. I still try to avoid shopping at busiest time of the year or week...like major holidays and weekends.

Yep I get social anxiety. I always get super anxious when I have to go out to places by myself, but if I'm with another person I don't get nervous. My wife and I mainly just get our groceries delivered rather than going to the store these days.

For me it's always been more about being in groups where I have to socially interact with people I'm not close with like at parties. I've always been more of a loner. When I worked I was more like this...
