Movies or TV shows : which one is better?

Movies and TV shows are both entertainments which people watch to relax and have fun. Some people prefer movies over series for one reason or another.

Which one is better between movies and series in your opinion? Why do you think it's better?

TV series because they usually go on for 8-10 episodes at around 40-60 minutes each giving more options to flesh out storylines.

This is why I'm looking forward to the Harry Potter TV series.

I prefer movie shows, but only those of my preference; if not, I opt to watch a TV show, which sometimes happens to me. I only watch if I have ample free time.

Both are great and i actually enjoy them but i feel tv series are better because it's longer hence it creates more room for character development.

This is so relative; sometimes it's the movies that are better, sometimes it's the TV shows. I like both, and I couldn't choose one over the other because they both have quite a few strong points.

I don't think two different genres can be compared. Therefore, it is difficult to say whether TV shows are better or the movies are better, however, we can of course which we like to watch more. I like to watch both depending on story and theme
