It is not too often I become unwell, so when I do, it tends to hit pretty hard and take a while for me to recover.
This past weekend, I fell unwell with what I believe is the stomach flu, had nausea and a lot of pain. I am feeling better than I was, but still recovering somewhat.
Personally not to often i think one time this year i was sick, will sick enough to miss work.
I do get coughs and running noses through out the year but no other side effects really
I don't get sick too often. Last year I got sick more times than I usually do and I think it's because I had started my current job which is an office job and I wasn't wearing gloves at first to open mail. Now I wear gloves whenever I work, and that's helped. They also offer face masks to wear if and when we're sick but since we get sick days they really do encourage us to save some up for when we really are sick.
Thankfully, not too often. Maybe like twice or thrice in a year, depending on the weather or the stress I had gone through. I remember last December I caught the flu after too much outing and night walking, that was a very worse moment for me because I was in bed for like three days.
When I was a teenager, it happened relatively often, but since I've grown up and left adolescence, I've hardly ever felt bad again. Obviously, I have moments or days when I feel bad, but it's almost never.
I tend to become sick too often when I don't take care of my environment. However, my body seem to be strong if I keep my environment clean. I am allergic to dust but when everywhere is clean, my health becomes intact. It takes about 5-6 months before I feel sicky again.
