How does anxiety affect your mood on a day-to-day basis?

Depends on my mood, when I feel anxious sometimes I find it hard to leave the house.

Doing simple chores or even trying to decide on dinner throws me into a bad mood. It can even affect my ability to talk on the phone due to my social anxiety. Affects me getting out of the house when errands need done.
