The only set of people that most persons can't really do much to control is family members. They are the ones that have grown with you, probably nurtured you and they are the ones that you share such a special bond.

It is always hard to set boundaries when it comes to family members. That's because you don't have to hurt them either.

Have you set boundaries for your family members? How easy was it to achieve that?

I set boundaries with family members and I don't seem to be sentimental about it. While I know that I don't have to hurt them, I explain to them the rules and why the boundary is necessary. However, there is room for flexibility since they're family members and might see intruding into your space and time as necessary. There's room for forgiveness sometimes.
