Have you ever tried any wellness trends like meditation, yoga, or those fitness challenges on social media?

Some of them seem really promising but then you try them and they are just not realistic for everyday life. I'm curious if any of them actually worked for you or if they were just hype? Like did you stick with it long-term or did you give up after a few days?
 
I tried some fitness trackers. Two in particular. Fitbit and BellaBeat or whatever it was called. They were both nice, but hard to keep up with sometimes. BellaBeat was nice cause it was basically made for women.

Meditation as well, which I've been working at again. I go back and forth with it. I do find it helpful sometimes. I use the Calm app for that.
 
Well, I haven't tried any wellness trends apart from so called super foods that are claimed to help you with your physical health. For instance, I have tried chia seeds to maintain weight but to be frank I don't think trying trends can be beneficial unless you combine with other things.
