Once for me too. At first I was not attracted to him, but we wound up becoming a couple for about a year.

Yes in fact that is how I met my husband. been together 34 years now

Nope, can't say that I have. Dated two people in my whole life. One was in high school and the other I started dating in June 1997 and was with him until April 19th 2021 when he filed divorce (though I had told him I wanted a divorce in August 2020 because I didn't love him like a wife should).
