I think we're heading toward a hybrid sweet spot honestly. Full remote work isn't going away because people have tasted that flexibility no commute, working from home in your pajamas. But offices aren't dead either because some stuff just works better in person you know? Brainstorming, team bonding, mentoring younger employees. I think companies that give people options will win. Let employees choose what works for them instead of forcing everyone back to cubicles. Don't you think that's fairer? The real comeback won't be offices dominating again but rather finding that balance where remote and in-person coexist. That's where things seem to be heading anyway.
