The Wired HubDo you think remote work is here to stay ?
I think we're heading toward a hybrid sweet spot honestly. Full remote work isn't going away because people have tasted that flexibility no commute, working from home in your pajamas. But offices aren't dead either because some stuff just works better in person you know? Brainstorming, team bonding, mentoring younger employees. I think companies that give people options will win. Let employees choose what works for them instead of forcing everyone back to cubicles. Don't you think that's fairer? The real comeback won't be offices dominating again but rather finding that balance where remote and in-person coexist. That's where things seem to be heading anyway.
Yes, definitely, since 2019 it's here to stay. The problem is that it's very competitive and there are few true professionals who really know how to do the service they offer, so many people have to work conventional jobs, but if it weren't for that, at this point it would be more than guaranteed.
