Do you do a lot of Christmas present shopping?

Not a ton. Just immediate family and a friend fro work.

I'm just buying for my partner, my parents and my brother and sister. Maybe something small for my aunty and uncle that live locally

Christmas shopping used to be fun because you would see a variety of things in the market, especially our local market, but these days, it’s stressful and budget issues are making it worse because things are not as they were before. Economic hardship and inflation is a big issue now.

I used to always do a ton of Christmas present shopping when my kids were younger. Wrapping and hiding them was always a pain LOL

Nowadays that they are older, they either never know what they want, or wnat they want is something small, so I don't do half as much shopping for gifts as I used to.

Heh my mom has loads of stories of some of us finding them. I know some game my brother wanted she had gotten and he found so he was bragging on the phone to a friend, naturally she heard him. XD

I know one year I wanted a game and she apparently had pre-ordered it and Game Stop left a message and I heard it. I let on till after Christmas that I knew nothing though.

Not a lot, specially this year where money will be tight.

Christmas shopping can be very stressful sometimes. I remember last year I walked a very long distance just to buy a gift, my legs were shaking. But when you see people happy for your small gifts, it is fulfilling. I try buy based on my small budget, I don't go too expensive. Online shopping is the best as it can save a lot of time.

I normally shop for my hubby, of course.

I also have to shop for my parents, both of my brother & their spouse, plus both of my brothers have a kid. That's normally who all I buy for......immediate family.

I also do my Christmas shopping early. I start about August (which happens to be about the time that school starts here where I live) and I finish by Halloween.

Yes.. I love it.. seeing my kids faces on Christmas day.. even though they’re grown up now
