There are many people who are not cool with being critically analysed. They don't like criticism of any sort because they believe what they do is without any flaw or blame. I don't like dealing with such people because they hardly take corrections as they are not open to it.
I am someone that understands that I am not a perfect being and I am open to being criticized. I expect criticism in everything because it exposes my flaws in that thing I am trying to do. But you won't go shouting at me and mocking me all in the name of criticism. I would fight back at you. You can criticize me constructively.
I try to take criticism constructively especially if it's coming from a genuine place and not just hate. Nobody's perfect so feedback helps you grow and improve. I'd rather know what I'm doing wrong than stay ignorant.
I’m open to criticism if it is constructive and helps me improve. I appreciate criticism from friends, family, coworkers(when it is respectfu). If it’s vague, personal, or meant to put me down, I hate it.
