I like to wake up early, therefore, I always go to bed early. Normally, I wake up around 4 in the morning, sometimes little early and sometimes little late. I start my day before 5 in the morning. I have been waking up in the morning for a couple of years and I have found a lot of positive changes in my body and mind.

No, I am not. I have been a night owl for a long time. It is really hard to change your routine. I have been on medication and medication can help you when you take them at the right time. That's one of the main conditions for medication to work. You cannot expect to take medication at late night and become an early bird the very next day. It takes time and patience to change a habit.

I can't say that I am much of an early-riser, and I never have been. If I need to wake early, then I will, but with my health condition, I sometimes find it hard to shut off fully and sleep, meaning waking early would mean I have barely slept.

I used to push myself to wake early for many reasons, and found it was not helping me. It was my doctor who told me to listen to my body as it knows what I need best.

I’m definitely not an early riser. Mornings and I just don’t get along, and it usually takes me a while to fully wake up and feel ready for the day. I function much better once I’ve had some time to ease into things instead of jumping out of bed at sunrise. So no, early mornings aren’t really my thing.

New studies have suggested that being a night owl is quite bad for health. However, I can understand that it might be a really big challenge to sleep early at night. If you are struggling with health conditions, then I highly recommend you to talk to your health are provider as they can help you deal with health conditions.

As of now, I have been taking various medications to deal with this problem. My great neurologist prescribed me benzodiazepines like Clonazepine and it helped me deal with problems like insomnia.
