40/60, 40% administrator happiness, 60% member happiness, because if the administrator is happy and does their job well but the members are not, then the forum will fall apart in a short time; a balance is needed.

If the community becomes successful, wouldn't the admin also become happy? I run a forum, let's say it grows very big, wouldn't that bring happiness in me? As a normal user on someone else forums I care more about the community than the admin. If the community provides me value, I will be happy to stay

I think it has to be a mixture of both, the success of the community and the happiness of the admin matters a lot.
