Not a fan but they have saved my life twice. Once when I had a kidney removed and last year when I had stage 1 Uterine cancer and had a hysterectomy. All my life I have been terrified of doctors and hospitals. Now I'm very thankful to be over that phobia.

Until a week ago I walked our dogs twice a day. But my knee and ankle have flared up so I had to stop for a while.

Cats are a good first pet because they will let you know when they are not happy. LOL. My first pet was a Great Dane, we bred them. But I've had dogs, cats, turtles, birds and fish.

My Kindle Fire has 169 books on it or the cloud.

I used to collect hard cover books and had them arranged by author then title. But when we moved, I gave them away. Now all 169 of my books are on my Kindle Fire.

I worked in NY for 33 years with a very long commute. Now I'm retired and living in Minnesota. I spend my days taking care of animals and enjoying NOT having to work. Summer is fun on the boat and winter fun taking walks on the lake with the dogs.
