What's that one food which is your comfort food? It's not just your favorite food but the food which have a way of making you feel better and good whenever you're not happy about anything.
My comfort food is samosa. The crispy exterior with spicy, savory filling, mostly vegetables, makes it perfect for a snack or quick treat when I need something satisfying.
Noodles with egg will always be my comfort food. You can quickly prepare it, it's cheap, and the taste never disappoints. Especially late at night when you don’t want to cook anything serious. But if I have enough strength to cook, I may add brown beans to spice it up. Omg! It's the best of the best.
My favorite comfort food is salmon sashimi. I love that it is not only delicious, but it's also loaded with omega-3s. Omega-3 is beneficial for the brain and heart. It is also light to eat, and I feel that there is a special occasion whenever I have one. However, I do not have it often since it is quite expensive here. Hehe
