Every rational person wants to cut down their daily expenses do that they would be able to save money. What practical measures are you taking on a daily to make sure that you don't spend as much as you are supposed to spend?

To be honest I'm not a saver. I usually buy things impulsively without really thinking about it. I know I should be more careful with money but it's hard to break those spending habits.

I don't cut my daily expenses unless I am in a financial trouble. When I am in financial trouble, I try to downgrade my lifestyle, I cut all unnecessary spending, try to work more to make more and save more.
