Food & Drink Do You Struggle With Emotional Eating?

I’ve certainly experienced this countless number of times. Sometimes stress or irritation makes food seem very appealing, as if it’s the only way out. To combat this, you should recognize when you eat due to your feelings. Being conscious of this will definitely be of great help.
 
Yes, there are times when I eat more when I am feeling down. It helps me alleviate the sadness I am feeling. However, I try to avoid stress-eating now since it is not beneficial for my overall health. I usually just divert my attention by heading to the beach.
